Journey to Healing represents the interconnected path of social and emotional wellbeing, acknowledging the movement between crisis, support, healing and strength.

At the centre of the artwork, the large meeting place symbolises community, collective strength and the power of coming together through yarning, shared knowledge and care. The intricate dot work reflects the diversity of individual stories, reminding us that while every journey is unique, none are walked alone.

Flowing pathways move throughout the artwork, illustrating life's non-linear journey. They acknowledge that healing is not a straight path, but one shaped by culture, relationships, resilience and connection to community.

The surrounding meeting places represent support networks, yarning circles and moments of belonging, reinforcing the importance of standing together as mob. Vibrant colours symbolise hope, cultural strength and resilience, while the darker background acknowledges life's challenges and the courage required to overcome them.
